Role & Responsibilities of a Site Nurse
Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care for site workers.
• Monitor and manage workplace health conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Maintain and update medical records for employees.
• Conduct routine health check-ups and wellness programs.
• Educate employees on health and safety measures.

Occupational Health & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Assist in accident and injury reporting.
• Promote hygiene and sanitation standards at the worksite.
• Support risk assessment and preventive healthcare initiatives.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with medical professionals for specialized care when needed.
• Maintain medical supplies and equipment at the site.
• Report health concerns and hazards to management.
