Job Responsibilities:
- To follow dress code, punctuality, discipline.
- To know the various hospital protocols.
- To follow rules & regulations of the hospital.
- Responsible for total patient care including medication and treatment.
- Assists the physician in performing special procedures.
- Able to perform CPR.
- Anticipate any potential problem or diagnosis and health care needs based on the collection of subjective and objective data.
- Develop a comprehensive plan of care in partnership with women.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care.
- Equipment's and stock maintenance.
- To provide pre & post-operative care.
- To care the patients on ventilators.
- To care the patients on drains & tubes.
- To follow the end of life care.
- To transfer the patient in & out.
- To follow all the nursing procedure and care as per SOP’s.
