Job Description
- Lead and supervise nursing care activities in the MICU.
- Ensure proper monitoring and management of critically ill patients.
- Operate and manage ventilators, monitors, and life-support equipment.
- Coordinate with intensivists and doctors for patient treatment plans.
- Maintain infection control practices and patient safety standards.
- Assign duties, manage shift rosters, and ensure adequate staffing.
- Handle emergency situations and code blue procedures.
- Train and guide MICU nursing staff and new joiners.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
