Job Summary<ul><li>Required female nurse to assist Doctor in OPD and procedures.</li></ul>Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Assist doctor in OPD.</li><li>Maintain standards of nursing care in pre and post treatment.</li><li>Prepare the OT for all Scheduled procedures.</li><li>Checking patients identity with the Name/Reg. No., case file and filling consent forms.</li><li>Assisting in draping of the patient positioning table.</li><li>Keeping an accurate count of instruments sponges, swabs, collected during the treatment.</li><li>Removing instruments from trolley and to be washed properly.</li><li>Maintaining proper disposal system for sharp instruments and other items.</li><li>Completing entries in the OT register customers are required.</li></ul>
