Description

Design and implement educational programs, workshops, and training sessions to improve the clinical knowledge, skills, and competencies of nursing staff.
Develop curricula for orientation, in-service training, and ongoing education in compliance with hospital policies, industry standards, and accreditation requirements.
Deliver training on a variety of clinical topics, including patient care practices, new technologies, infection control, regulatory requirements, and healthcare protocols.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance nursing knowledge on emerging trends in healthcare, advanced clinical practices, and patient care.
Assess the learning needs of nursing staff through surveys, evaluations, and one-on-one meetings to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and training sessions through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews.
Modify training content and methods based on evaluations and feedback to ensure ongoing improvement of nursing education.
Serve as a mentor to new and existing nurses, providing guidance, support, and advice to improve their clinical performance and professional growth.
Support clinical preceptorship programs for nursing students and new hires, offering hands-on guidance and feedback.
