Vaccine Identification and Awareness:

• Identify individuals who are potential candidates for vaccination based on established criteria and guidelines (to be trained for the same).
• Create and disseminate information about diseases, emphasizing the importance of vaccination, through brochures, and one-on-one interactions.

Patient and Public Counselling:

• Assist HCPs in counselling patients and the lay public about vaccines and their benefits.
• 2 OPD’s per day, morning and evening especially for the paediatric patients.
• Provide clear and accurate information about vaccines, addressing any concerns or misconceptions
• Ensure that individuals are informed about the risks and benefits associated with vaccination.

Immunization Schedule Compliance:

• Collaborate with SH central team to monitor and improve adherence to recommended immunization schedules.
• Educate patients on the importance of timely vaccinations and their role in disease prevention >> leads back from the central tele counsellor.

Support Vaccination Day/Immunization Day:

• Coordinate and participate in Vaccination Day/Immunization Day activities.
• Assist in organizing and executing vaccination events, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Vaccination Query Resolution:

• Address patient queries and concerns regarding vaccination in a respectful and empathetic manner.
• Help individuals clarify their vaccination-related issues, explore available options, and enhance their self-awareness regarding immunization.
