<ul><li>Nurse Educator is accountable for the ongoing /training /developmental activities for the nurses and for another department whenever necessary.</li><li>She/ He is also responsible for training other health care professionals as applicable.</li><li>General Induction Program for the new recruited staff.</li><li>Supervision in patient care areas and provide bedside teaching.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants in contacting educational classes.</li><li>Ensure that all the nurses are licensed with BLS, ACLS training and make changes as and when required.</li><li>Preparation of SOPs for the nursing department in coordination with CON.</li><li>Tracking outcome measures and records keeping.</li><li>Checking patients file and teaches nurses to write relevant notes.</li><li>Conducting education program for the nursing staff.</li><li>Coordinate with Consultants and Nursing students for refreshment courses and all the updating educational programs.</li><li>Prepare all Power Point Presentations for training.</li><li>Co ordinate in Paper presentations / Audit and research related activities.</li></ul>
