• Coordinate with staff of Quality department for all the activities
• Responsible for Prescription audit. Ensure data collection for prescription audit and analysis of the same
• Monthly reporting of the Prescription audit details
• Responsible for Medical records review committee. Ensure the committee is met as per the defined periodicity. Document minutes of meetings and follow-up for the action points discussed
• Responsible for Medical Audit committee. Ensure the committee is met as per the defined periodicity. Document minutes of meetings and follow-up for the action points discussed
• Capture bounces in Pharmacy and report the same
• Engage in patient counselling in regards to medication usage. Counsel patients on food drug interactions
• Responsible for standards implementation in all the pharmacies.
• Coordinate for any certifications of Pharmacy
• Monitor Antibiotic compliance in the hospital and report the status to HIC Committee Preferred Education
