<ul><li>Staff must have the Delhi nursing council registration.</li><li>Experience in ICU, Ward, Emergency, NICU.</li><li>Perform comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and mental health conditions.</li><li>Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments, medical history, and treatment goals.</li><li>Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products following medical orders.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of drug administration and patient response.</li><li>Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families during their healthcare journey.</li><li>Respond promptly to medical emergencies, initiating CPR, advanced life support (ALS), or other emergency procedures as needed.</li></ul>
