Description

Observing and reporting symptoms, reaction to treatments, drugs, and changes in the patient’s physical or emotional condition.
Evaluates and revises the plan of care, as necessary.
Provides reports to the patient’s physician about patient under care when the patient’s condition changes or there are deviations from the plan of care.
Counselling the patient and their family in meeting nursing and related needs.
Maintaining confidentiality of patient and company matters.
Submitting required documentation in a timely manner.

Following company’s OLIVR and completing the steps to confirm their duties.

Initiates patient education plan, educates patients and patient attendant on how to manage illness/injury or criticality at home through home care needs, diet/nutrition/exercise programs.
Able to handle specialised equipment used on patient.
Monitor catheters, leads and tubing for proper placement and functioning.
Handle emergencies and report to AHC physician and SPOC.
Coordinating with physicians and other team members for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
Adhering with the protocols, norms, rules and regulations in order to maintain complete medical records.
Maintain Nursing notes and report to the lead.
Attend, administer, monitor, record all medical nursing service calls assigned.
