2. Operate gamma cameras, PET/CT scanners, and other nuclear imaging equipment.
3. Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including scans and functional studies, ensuring accurate imaging results.
4. Monitor patients during procedures and provide care and instructions for safety and comfort.
5. Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and regulatory compliance documentation.
6. Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
7. Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results.
8. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot nuclear imaging equipment as required.
