Job Description
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature neonates in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, intake/output, and neurological status of neonates.
- Operate and manage NICU equipment such as incubators, ventilators, CPAP, infusion pumps, and monitors.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and nutrition as prescribed by the neonatologist.
- Maintain strict infection control and aseptic practices within the NICU.
