<ul><li>Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).</li><li>Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall health of neonates using advanced equipment.</li><li>Administer medications, IV fluids, and nutrition as prescribed by pediatricians/neonatologists.</li><li>Assist doctors during neonatal procedures and emergencies.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of infants’ progress and treatment.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols in NICU.</li><li>Educate and counsel parents regarding newborn care, feeding, and health updates.</li><li>Operate and manage NICU equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and monitors.</li></ul>
