- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU as per established protocols.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, ventilator parameters, and infusion therapy.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and total parenteral nutrition accurately.
- Operate and monitor NICU equipment such as incubators, warmers, ventilators, CPAP, and monitors.
