- Provide specialized care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
- Monitor vital signs, growth parameters, and overall health of critically ill or premature infants.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and nutritional support as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor neonatal support equipment, including incubators, ventilators, and monitors.
- Assist doctors with neonatal procedures, resuscitation, and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, charts, and nursing documentation.
- Educate and guide parents on neonatal care, feeding, and post-discharge instructions.
- Ensure strict infection control, hygiene, and safety standards in the NICU.
