Job Description
- Provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall neonatal health continuously.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and nutritional support as prescribed.
- Operate and manage NICU equipment such as ventilators and incubators.
- Assist neonatologists during procedures and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure strict infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Support and educate parents on newborn care and NICU procedures.
