<ul><li>Provide specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU, including monitoring vitals, oxygen levels, and overall condition.</li><li>Perform neonatal procedures such as feeding (oral, NG/OG tube), IV line care, phototherapy, and administering medications accurately.</li><li>Operate and monitor NICU equipment including ventilators, incubators, CPAP, infusion pumps, and monitors.</li><li>Assist neonatologists during clinical rounds, procedures, resuscitation, and emergency interventions.</li><li>Observe and document changes in newborn condition and update care plans accordingly.</li><li>Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques to prevent neonatal infections.</li><li>Educate and counsel parents regarding newborn care, feeding, hygiene, and discharge instructions.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, dietitians, and respiratory therapists for comprehensive care.</li></ul>
