NICU Intensivist

Job description

• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NICU Intensivist  For our Hospital with specialized experience in Pediatrics and Neonatology. The ideal candidate will hold a MBBS , MD & DCH all three qualification and possess clinical expertise in managing pediatric and neonatal cases within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Care for infants’ nutrition to ensure optimal growth and development, and find alternative ways to feed infants who struggle with feeding.
• Assist with medications and treat infants born with infections.
• Perform heart-lung bypass procedures for infants with breathing difficulties due to underdeveloped or damaged hearts and lungs.
• Provide support to parents and help them to understand and make decisions regarding their infant’s condition and treatment.
• Ensure parents have sufficient opportunities to bond with their infants.
• Conduct research and clinical trials.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Neonatologist or similar role
• A willingness to work long hours and remain on-call for emergency situations
• The ability to work under pressure and stress
• Strong communication skills and patience and empathy towards patients and their families
• Strong dedication and motivation for helping newborn infants
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Neonatologist.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
