- Diagnose and manage neurosurgical patients (brain, spine, nerves).
- Perform elective and emergency neurosurgeries.
- Provide preoperative assessment and postoperative care.

- Participate in clinical rounds, academic meetings, and CMEs.
- Supervise junior doctors, residents, and surgical trainees.

- Counsel patients and families on procedures, risks, and prognosis.
- Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
