Description

Diagnose and treat disorders of the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles, such as strokes, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis.
Conduct thorough neurological examinations, assess patient histories, and order diagnostic tests like MRIs, CT scans, EEGs, and lumbar punctures.
Develop and implement treatment plans, which may include medications, physical therapy, and lifestyle adjustments.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as lumbar punctures, nerve conduction studies, and electromyography (EMG).
