Description

Diagnose and treat patients with neurological conditions, including brain, spinal cord, and nerve disorders.
Perform complex surgical procedures, such as brain surgeries, spinal surgeries, and nerve surgeries, to treat neurological disorders.
Review patient medical history, perform neurological exams, and order diagnostic tests (e.g., CT scans, MRIs) to determine the best course of action.
Develop and execute treatment plans for patients, including pre-surgical consultations and post-surgical care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neurologists, anesthesiologists, and rehabilitation specialists, to provide comprehensive care.
Provide counseling and support to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery expectations.
Monitor patients' progress during and after surgery, ensuring proper recovery and addressing any complications.
Keep detailed records of patient conditions, surgeries, and outcomes to track treatment effectiveness and improve patient care.
Participate in continuing education and research to stay current with advancements in neurosurgery and medical techniques.
Ensure adherence to medical ethics, patient safety protocols, and relevant regulatory guidelines in all clinical practices.
