<ul><li>Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures in the OT.</li><li>Prepare the operating theater, instruments, and equipment according to neurosurgical protocols.</li><li>Assist surgeons and anesthetists during neurosurgical operations, ensuring patient safety and sterile environment.</li><li>Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any abnormalities during surgery.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, medications, and surgical records.</li><li>Ensure proper sterilization, infection control, and equipment handling protocols are followed.</li><li>Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with neuro OT team, ICU, and ward staff for smooth patient transfer and care continuity.</li><li>Participate in quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement activities within the neuro OT.</li></ul>
