Description

  • Experience in NABH Accreditation of at least one hospital Mandatory.
  • Should have at least 1 to 3 years experience overall out of which at least 2 years in Quality management/ NABH Accreditation.
  • Should have team management experience.
  • Should have experience in managing overall quality processes.
  • Experience in health care is an advantage.
  • This position is responsible for contributing to hospital-wide and departmental quality initiatives. This involves performing the assessment and analysis of operations and processes.
  • To identify the process for improving patient-centric approach at all times by all staff by formulating Safe patient care practices.
  • To undertake quality initiatives, audits, risk management as due in conjunction with the Quality Team.
  • To prepare the Quality Manual for the Hospital in general and various departments in particular and ensure that all policies pertaining to Patient care are adhered to.
  • To prepare the Departmental Manual / update the manual on a periodical interval in collaboration with the concerned departmental heads & with the Top management.
  • To prepare SOP/Process for all Patient care areas and conduct periodical audit to ascertain the SOP’s are followed at all times without any deviation.
  • To support the Medical Medical on all Quality Initiatives.
