Description

Experience in NABH Accreditation of at least one hospital Mandatory.
Should have at least 1 to 3 years experience overall out of which at least 2 years in Quality management/ NABH Accreditation.
Should have team management experience.
Should have experience in managing overall quality processes.
Experience in health care is an advantage.
This position is responsible for contributing to hospital-wide and departmental quality initiatives. This involves performing the assessment and analysis of operations and processes.
To identify the process for improving patient-centric approach at all times by all staff by formulating Safe patient care practices.
To undertake quality initiatives, audits, risk management as due in conjunction with the Quality Team.
To prepare the Quality Manual for the Hospital in general and various departments in particular and ensure that all policies pertaining to Patient care are adhered to.
To prepare the Departmental Manual / update the manual on a periodical interval in collaboration with the concerned departmental heads & with the Top management.
To prepare SOP/Process for all Patient care areas and conduct periodical audit to ascertain the SOP’s are followed at all times without any deviation.
To support the Medical Medical on all Quality Initiatives.
