- Job Title: NABH Coordinator (Quality Improvement & Patient Safety)
- Location: Lucknow
- Reports To: Senior Consultant/Project Manager/COO
- Role Summary:
- The NABH Consultant will assist healthcare organizations in achieving NABH accreditation by developing strategic quality plans, implementing improvements, and enhancing patient safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments and develop policies aligned with NABH standards.
- Design and deliver training for healthcare teams.
- Provide actionable recommendations and sustainable solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and share best practices.
- Providing training and guidance to staff on NABH standards, policies, and best practices.
- Coordinating with NABH assessors during the accreditation and re-accreditation process, facilitating site visits and assessments.
- Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation related to NABH compliance and accreditation status.
- Assisting in the development of policies and procedures that align with NABH standards.
- Collaborating with department heads and management to ensure continuous improvement in patient care quality and safety.
Requirements: - Education: Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related fields.
- Experience: 4–5 years in healthcare consulting with NABH expertise.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
