- Job Title: MRD Technician

- Qualification: Diploma in Medical Record Technology
- Experience: 2 to 3 Years
- File, store, and retrieve inpatient and outpatient medical records accurately.
- Check medical records for completeness, signatures, and required documentation.
- Assist in coding, indexing, and classification of medical records.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient health information.
- Support MRD audits, medico-legal cases, and accreditation requirements (NABH).
- Update and maintain records in EMR / HIS systems.
