- Collect, arrange, and maintain patient medical records and case files.
- Ensure proper filing, indexing, and safe storage of medical documents.

- Enter and update patient data in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Assist in coding, statistics, and preparation of medical reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient health information.
- Support discharge file completion and record archiving.
