Job Description

  1. Maintain and manage patient medical records (OPD, IPD, investigations).
  2. Ensure accurate indexing, filing & archiving of medical documents.
  3. Retrieve records for doctors, billing, audits & insurance claims.
  4. Coordinate with HIS / EMR teams for digital record management.
  5. Ensure compliance with legal & hospital policies.
  6. Support internal & external audits by providing proper documentation.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  8. Generate MIS reports on record usage, retrieval & storage.
  9. Assist in digitization & electronic record management initiatives.
  10. Train staff on records handling protocols.
