Job Description
- Maintain inpatient and outpatient medical records accurately.
- Collect, assemble, and analyze patient case files for completeness.
- Ensure proper coding, indexing, filing, and retrieval of medical records.
- Monitor documentation compliance by doctors and clinical staff.
- Handle discharge summaries, medico-legal case (MLC) records, and death records.
- Support insurance, TPA, NABH, and audit requirements.
