<ul><li>Able to do Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and routine maintenance on Molds Individually.</li><li>Keeping record for all above work.</li><li>Assembling and dismantling of two plate mold , three plate mold and Hot runner molds individually.</li><li>The ability to run conventional machine and do polishing on mould parts is advantageous.</li><li>Able to read mold drawings and basic knowledge in mold design.</li><li>Able to inspect the mold whether the mould is fit for production in the required machine.</li><li>Purchasing and maintaining all spare parts, tools related to the Mould .</li><li>To perform a root cause analysis on mould problems, identify solutions, and implement remedial and preventive measures.</li><li>Storage of mold spares in a way that ensures traceability and prevent contamination.</li><li>Following established procedure in order to maintain a clean and organized environment.</li><li>Maintaining 5S in workplace.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li></ul>
