An MIS Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organisation's information systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with business goals. They act as a bridge between technology and business, helping to leverage information for strategic decision- making.
Collect, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Develop and implement data collection processes and systems to streamline data management and improve efficiency.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
Interpret data and present findings in clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and business insights.
Customize reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of different departments and management levels.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security.
Develop and enforce data quality standards, data validation rules, and data governance policies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data management, reporting, and analysis.
Must have experience into Excel
Must be able to prepare all the report related to sales.
Maintain the monthly expenses of the sales team.
Maintain incentive of the sales team.
