Job Description
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients admitted to the MICU.
- Continuously monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythm, oxygen saturation, and neurological status.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and ventilator support as prescribed.
- Operate and manage ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, and dialysis support systems.
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
