Job Description
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients admitted to the MICU.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythm, oxygen saturation, neurological status, and fluid balance.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and infusions as per medical orders.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and suction devices.
- Assist in emergency procedures, intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation.
