<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>To follow the company rules and regulation, which are issued from time to time.</li><li>To train the sub staff and their related off.</li><li>He / She would be responsible for all work pertaining to the shift in which they work in the department.</li><li>He / She should be able carry out the routine investigations pertaining Medical Microbiology &amp; Serology.</li><li>He / She should be carry out the all the Quality control procedures in all sections of the laboratory under the supervision of the senior technician.</li><li>He / She should help in the maintaining the stock cultures and specialized work carried out the senior technologist in the department.</li><li>He / She is responsible for proper waste segregation in the department.</li></ul>
