Description

  • Conduct routine environmental monitoring (EM) of cleanrooms, production areas, and laboratory environments.
  • Perform microbiological testing of air, water, surfaces, and personnel to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
  • Prepare culture media, reagents, and perform sterilization of lab instruments and equipment.
  • Collect samples aseptically and carry out microbial analysis using standard techniques (e.g., plate counts, membrane filtration).
  • Maintain and operate incubators, autoclaves, biosafety cabinets, and other microbiology lab equipment.
  • Record, analyze, and report EM results accurately; alert supervisors for deviations or contamination events.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, biosafety, and GMP guidelines during all activities.
  • Participate in cleaning validation, disinfectant efficacy studies, and contamination investigations.
  • Maintain logs, documentation, and calibration records for audits and regulatory inspections.
