<ul><li>Conduct routine environmental monitoring (EM) of cleanrooms, production areas, and laboratory environments.</li><li>Perform microbiological testing of air, water, surfaces, and personnel to ensure compliance with GMP standards.</li><li>Prepare culture media, reagents, and perform sterilization of lab instruments and equipment.</li><li>Collect samples aseptically and carry out microbial analysis using standard techniques (e.g., plate counts, membrane filtration).</li><li>Maintain and operate incubators, autoclaves, biosafety cabinets, and other microbiology lab equipment.</li><li>Record, analyze, and report EM results accurately; alert supervisors for deviations or contamination events.</li><li>Ensure adherence to SOPs, biosafety, and GMP guidelines during all activities.</li><li>Participate in cleaning validation, disinfectant efficacy studies, and contamination investigations.</li><li>Maintain logs, documentation, and calibration records for audits and regulatory inspections.</li></ul>
