<ul><li>Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, water systems, and manufacturing areas.</li><li>Handle microbial limit tests, sterility tests, BET (endotoxin) tests, and identification of microorganisms.</li><li>Operate and maintain instruments such as incubators, autoclaves, LAF, microscopes, and colony counters.</li><li>Prepare culture media, reagents, and maintain microbial strains as per SOPs.</li><li>Perform validation activities including media fill, method validation, and water system validation.</li><li>Document all test results accurately and maintain laboratory records as per GLP and GMP.</li><li>Investigate microbiology-related deviations, OOS/OOT, and support CAPA implementation.</li></ul>
