<ul><li>Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, intermediates, and finished products.</li><li>Conduct sterility testing, microbial limit tests, endotoxin testing, and environmental monitoring.</li><li>Operate microbiology instruments such as Laminar Airflow, Incubators, Autoclaves, and Colony Counters.</li><li>Prepare and maintain microbial cultures, media, and reagents as per SOPs.</li><li>Carry out validation of aseptic areas, disinfectants, and cleanroom monitoring.</li><li>Document test results, maintain records, and ensure compliance with GLP/GMP standards.</li><li>Investigate and report deviations, OOS, and contamination issues.</li><li>Support regulatory audits and inspections by providing microbiological data.</li></ul>
