<ul><li>Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, in-process, and finished products.</li><li>Conduct sterility testing, microbial limit tests, endotoxin tests, and bioburden analysis.</li><li>Monitor environmental conditions through EMP, swab testing, and air/water sampling.</li><li>Operate and maintain microbiology instruments like autoclaves, incubators, LAFs, and PCR systems.</li><li>Prepare culture media, reagents, and ensure proper sterilization.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation as per GMP, GLP, and ALCOA+ principles.</li><li>Investigate OOS, deviations, and support CAPA implementation.</li><li>Ensure aseptic practices and support cleanroom compliance activities.</li><li>Participate in validation activities (media fill, sanitation validation, water system validation).</li></ul>
