<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the microbiology laboratory to ensure accurate and timely testing.</li><li>Supervise and mentor microbiology staff, including training and performance evaluation.</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols.</li><li>Plan and coordinate microbiological testing for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and accreditation requirements.</li><li>Analyze laboratory data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.</li><li>Manage laboratory inventory, equipment calibration, and maintenance schedules.</li><li>Collaborate with QA, production, and R&amp;D teams for problem-solving and process improvements.</li><li>Support audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) implementation.</li></ul>
