<ul><li>Perform microbiological testing of injectable products, raw materials, water, and environmental samples.</li><li>Conduct sterility testing, BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Test), MLT (Microbial Limit Test), and bioburden analysis as per pharmacopeial standards.</li><li>Monitor cleanroom environmental conditions including particle count, viable monitoring, and surface sampling.</li><li>Operate and maintain microbiology instruments such as LAF, BSC, incubators, autoclaves, and sterility isolators.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements for aseptic operations.</li><li>Prepare culture media, maintain microbial cultures, and ensure proper sterilization of materials.</li><li>Document test results, maintain logs, and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with SOPs.</li></ul>
