Job Description

  1. Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
  2. Conduct sterility, bioburden, and microbial limit tests as per SOP.
  3. Carry out environmental monitoring in cleanrooms and controlled areas.
  4. Prepare, sterilize, and validate microbiological media and reagents.
  5. Maintain laboratory records, logbooks, and reports accurately.
  6. Investigate deviations, OOS/OOT results, and assist in CAPA.
  7. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and safety standards.
  8. Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
  9. Coordinate with QA, QC, and production departments for quality assurance.
  10. Maintain microbial cultures, reference strains, and laboratory inventory.
