Description

  • Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and environmental samples in compliance with GLP and GMP guidelines.
  • Conduct tests such as bioburden, sterility, endotoxin, microbiological assay, and microbial limits to ensure product safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Operate and maintain microbiological testing equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, laminar flow hoods, and microscopes.
  • Develop, validate, and optimize microbiological methods in accordance with GLP standards.
  • Participate in the qualification and validation of microbiological test methods to ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for microbiological testing to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct routine environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, production areas, and laboratories as per GLP guidelines.
  • Monitor microbial contamination levels of air, surfaces, and water in controlled environments, ensuring all results meet the prescribed limits.
  • Ensure that environmental data is appropriately recorded and maintained for audit purposes.
