<ul><li>Responsible for microbiological analysis of Pharmaceutical, Herbals, Food, Raw and Finish Products &amp; &amp; maintain all the records/reports online with complying the data integrity.</li><li>To prepare Quality reports, including analytical reports (for raw materials and finished products), Certificates of Analysis (CoA) (for finished products) and stability reports.</li><li>Creating and executing method development and method validation test protocols for finished products and generating the appropriate analytical methods.</li><li>Responsible for planning and distribution of work to all microbiologists.</li><li>Writing/reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>To ensure timely culture procurement, revival, maintenance and preservation.</li><li>To ensure timely media Preparation, GPT, pre-incubation, media consumption and reconciliation.</li><li>Responsible for operation and Calibration/Validation of all microbiology/QC instruments.</li><li>Responsible for proper management of bio-medical waste material.</li><li>To ensure the full compliance of 21 CFR in the microbiological laboratory.</li><li>Responsible for planning and execution of Environmental monitoring of microbiology laboratory.</li></ul>&nbsp;
