<ul><li>Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Perform environmental monitoring, water analysis, and sterility testing as per standard procedures.</li><li>Maintain and calibrate microbiological instruments such as laminar airflow, autoclave, and incubators.</li><li>Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during all operations.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate test records, logbooks, and microbiology reports.</li><li>Support investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) and deviation results.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols within the microbiology laboratory.</li><li>Participate in validation and qualification activities related to equipment and methods.</li></ul>
