<ul><li>Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards.</li><li>Perform environmental monitoring (air, water, surface, and personnel) to ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards in production areas.</li><li>Prepare and maintain microbiological media, reagents, and samples as required for testing.</li><li>Execute routine microbiological techniques such as microbial count, endotoxin testing, sterility testing, and identification of microorganisms.</li><li>Monitor microbial growth in products, ensuring proper incubation and handling of samples.</li><li>Assist in investigating out-of-specification (OOS) results and non-conformities, and report findings to the senior microbiological team.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of all microbiological tests, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.</li></ul>
