Description

Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), including mechanical evaporation and evaporation processes, to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize ETP activities, including startup, shutdown, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
Monitor ETP performance parameters, such as flow rates, chemical dosing, pH levels, and effluent quality, using process control systems and instrumentation.
Conduct regular inspections of ETP equipment, pipelines, and facilities to identify maintenance needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
Train and supervise ETP operators and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Develop and maintain operating procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols for ETP operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with environmental regulatory agencies and external auditors to ensure compliance with discharge permits, effluent quality standards, and reporting requirements.
Manage inventory of chemicals, spare parts, and consumables required for ETP operation, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage and handling practices.
