Work Experience: 2 Years to 8 Years

1. Listen to audio recordings dictated by doctors and healthcare professionals and accurately transcribe them into written medical reports.
2. Prepare medical documents such as discharge summaries, operative notes, clinic notes, consultation reports, and referral letters.
3. Review and edit transcribed documents for accuracy, grammar, clarity, and correct medical terminology.
4. Ensure proper formatting of reports as per hospital or organizational standards.
5. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies.
6. Identify and correct inconsistencies or unclear dictations by consulting with physicians when required.
7. Use electronic health record (EHR) systems to upload and manage transcribed documents.
8. Meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements while maintaining high accuracy levels.
