Description

Listen to voice recordings made by healthcare providers (doctors, nurses, etc.) and accurately transcribe them into written reports.
Convert medical jargon, abbreviations, and terminology into clear, understandable text while ensuring that all medical documentation is complete and accurate.
Ensure that reports are transcribed in accordance with the healthcare facility’s formatting standards and guidelines.
Review and edit transcriptions for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity.
Verify the accuracy of medical information, such as patient details, medications, diagnoses, and procedures.
Flag any inconsistencies or errors in medical documentation and communicate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure that all transcriptions adhere to industry standards for medical terminology and legal documentation.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) or local equivalents to ensure patient confidentiality.
