Description
- Transcription of Medical Reports: Accurately transcribe voice-recorded medical reports, dictated by healthcare professionals, into written form, including patient histories, discharge summaries, and consultation notes.
- Review and Editing: Edit and proofread transcribed documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and proper medical terminology, correcting grammatical or transcription errors.
- Understanding Medical Terminology: Have a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and treatment protocols to ensure the correct transcription of medical documents.
