Description

Transcribing Medical Reports: Listen to audio recordings of medical reports from doctors and healthcare professionals and accurately transcribe them into written documents, such as patient histories, discharge summaries, and treatment plans.

Adhering to Formatting Standards: Format and structure reports according to specific guidelines set by hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities. Ensure consistency and professional presentation in all documents.
