Description

Job Title: Medical Supervisor
Qualification: MBBS or MD/DNB Gynecology
Will be overall responsible to ensure that assigned clinics of the Sanstha are being efficiently and cost effectively run to provide client oriented quality affordable services.
Quality affordable reproductive health and other services are delivered safely and within the legal framework
To ensure that clinics comply with all client related and technical protocols, guidelines, manuals, policies, IOMs etc. issued from time to time, as well as meeting all technically statutory requirements, as applicable
Review and analysis of medical performance reports of various clinical services, analyze the same and take corrective actions as required.
Appraise the team regularly about their performance, shortfall, protocol violations, drugs consumption, emergency management etc.
Provide technical guidance & support to all the staff in the clinics particularly, doctors & nurses on various services, with particular emphasis on additional services, as also address any query/ problems and addressing Medico-legal queries.
Effective Liasoning and networking with the government authorities at the State and Directorate levels and with other stakeholders.
To carefully monitor the working so that advance steps are taken so that no procedure/ consultation/ staff issue/ or any other issue results in legal notices or cases
All statutory obligations are being met
Marketing and Medical services of the Division as well as other support staff in the organization such as HR, Legal, Finance, Communication etc.
